Conduct a comprehensive analysis of the aerodynamics of a Formula 1 car and Tesla CyberTruck to
determine their Drag Coefficients, Lift Forces, and Lift Coefficients. Identify areas for optimization in
the car designs to mitigate high coefficients.
The project began with rigorous hand calculations to validate cases, followed by simulations using
Ansys software. Geometries were meticulously modelled using SolidWorks, with subsequent
refinement in Ansys Space claim. The fluid domain was meticulously crafted to capture crucial
phenomena such as wakes, reattachment, and recirculation regions. Meshing was then conducted
using Fluent, ensuring robustness in the setup. Boundary conditions were meticulously defined, and
contours and graphs of lift and drag coefficients were extracted for thorough analysis.
